What's been happening in Year 6
Term 3 starts with a flurry of excitement and activities for our Y6 students.
The inaugural wax museum today was an opportunity to explain about their migrant they have been researching during the enquiry ‘migration’ unit. Each student spoke about their migrants journey, pull and push factors and specific information related to their chosen migrant.
Next week our students are flying to China to explore the magic and mystique of Guilin. The week is action-packed with activities to consolidate their Mandarin, bamboo rafting , cormorant fishing and much more. We look forward to sharing the highlights of what is a fantastic learning experience for our y6 students at DBIS.
