A cracking musical year continues - hold onto your hats!
After a well-earned rest over the Easter holiday, the Music Department is already firing on all cylinders for an exciting Term 3!
Year 3s have already started work on their production and our musical ensembles are back into full swing.
Our Olympic ceremony musicians are looking forward to performing and are waiting for the weather to improve for the performance.
Instrumental lessons start in the week beginning April 23rd. Schedules have been sent to all parents and class teachers, and can also be viewed in the Music Department and the Boardwalk Café.
Musical Ensembles continue and information is as follows:
Orchestra - Monday after school until 4:30pm
Y4,5 & 6 Choir - Monday after school - until 4:30pm
Secondary Rock Bands - Tuesday after school until 4:30pm
Recorder Ensemble - Wednesday after school until 4pm
Primary Rock Band - Thursday after school until 4:30pm
Please, feel free to contact us if you have any questions - our door is always open.

Please enjoy these videos of Year 6 group performances. We have been learning about Gamelan music. Students worked in groups to create and perform arrangements of cyclic patterns.
