ANZAC Day Service in Discovery Bay:  Families and friends are warmly invited to attend the ANZAC Day dawn service of remembrance, to be held on Sunday 25 April, starting at 5:30 am at Discovery Bay International School.  Please refer to the attached flyer being sent with this newsletter.

LET’S GET BIKEWISE:  Hong Kong’s only accredited CYCLING PROFICIENCY COURSE  Date: 24th April 2010 Times: 9 – 12pm (Yrs 2 – 4) or 2 – 5pm (Yrs 5 +) Where: Discovery College Playground Trainer: Steve Coward, UK National Standards Accredited Cycling Instructor.  Students must be able to ride a two-wheeled bicycle unaided for 20m to be eligible for the course. First come first served basis. BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment as places are limited. See registration form for details.

The Play Sport Soccer School of Excellence:  Play Sport Coaching are now offering top quality soccer coaching classes at DBIS for both boys and girls aged 6 years and over and with all abilities. Classes will run every Sunday from 2pm - 4pm and will be coached by one of the most qualified, experienced, fun and best youth football coaches around - ex Liverpool and Preston North End Footballer Joey Livesey (UK). He will also be running fantastic Soccer tots and Mini-Sports classes for 2-5 year olds at other venues on Discovery Bay starting in April 2010.

DB Green Beach Clean Up:  DB Green is organising another community beach clean up. Place:  Nim Shue Wan Beach.
