Stuck on You Labels:  Well done to all our Years 1-6 who started swimming lessons with the school this week.  We would like to encourage all parents to please label all swimmers, towels and shoes.  Stuck on You recommend you use a sticky label around the straps of your goggles, and clothing labels on the instructions/size labels on swimmers, and anywhere on towels.  If you are in need of new labels, order at http://www.stuckonyou.biz <http://www.stuckonyou.biz>  by the end of this weekend, quote ‘DBIS’ in the Promotional Code section and receive a special 10% discount on any item purchased.

To help the kids carry their swimmers and towels, Penny Scallan are offering 20% off their Lined Drawstring Bags, as well as a range of other bags.  To order, call 2549-2245.

ANZAC Day Service in Discovery Bay:  Thank you to everyone involved with the ANZAC Day Service held at Discovery Bay International School on Sunday and the following breakfast.  A special thank you to Roxanna Chick and your team of helpers for organising the Service and breakfast.

Charity Boxing Dinner:  Tickets are now on sale for what promises to be a knock-out evening of excitement in aid of charity at the Disneyland Hotel on May 15th. The Charity Boxing Dinner, organized by law firm Blank Rome will aid six charities: The Christina Noble Children's Foundation (which assists children living in extreme poverty in Vietnam and Mongolia), Operation Breakthrough, HKRFU Charitable Trust, Enlighten, Child Welfare Scheme and the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps.

The evening's events consist of a four-course dinner, with wine, beer and soft drinks, six bouts of boxing (one featuring local film star Carl Ng), and post-boxing entertainment courtesy of Michael Wong's Big Band. Charity Auctions will be held throughout the evening.  Tickets are $1,000 or $12,000 for a table of 12. The Disneyland Hotel is also offering overnight packages for those who'd like to make a weekend of it.   For tickets and more details, please email: or call 2832 2186.
