Kids Wing Chun Kung Fu Classes at DB: Our qualified instructors run fun Wing Chun Kung Fu classes on the beach next to the DB Residents Club on Saturday mornings 9am (3-6yrs) and 10am (6-12yrs).
We teach in a fun and supportive manner, encouraging self confidence, concentration and physical wellbeing. Kung Fu based games are balanced with techniques, pad work, partner work and grading for the older children. Regular classes are also run at our Central studio Mon / Wed / Sat. Mountain High: Julie Lewis of Mountain High will be running the next Mountain High Monday event at Zaks in DB on Monday 13th December from 7-8pm. See photos and hear stories from Mountain High’s recent Vietnam women's challenge which proudly supported the Christina Noble Children's Foundation. A group of gutsy women took part in a power of three action adventure to hike, bike and kayak Vietnam. If you missed this year's trip you will have the chance to sign up for November 2011, when the challenge will be open again to women who dare and women who care!
