FREE Introductory Talk on BodyTalk Access: Monday 30th May 7 - 8pm at DBIS:  BodyTalk practitioner and instructor Angie Tourani will give a free introductory talk on BodyTalk Access at DBIS on Monday 30th May from 7-8pm.  The BodyTalk Access seminar is a 5 hour course which teaches a simple set of energy-based techniques which, when used once a day at home, will improve the health of the whole family and solve many day-to-day health issues.  The techniques are all non-invasive, no medications are given, and do not require any outside tools or resources.  To register email .

 

Enneagram Workshops: Simply put, the Enneagram describes nine distinct personality types, their strengths and challenges.  The workshops are led by Carol Bagattini who is an experienced and certified Enneagram practitioner (EPTP) with Enneagram Worldwide (Helen Palmer, U.S.A.).  She has also studied with Hurley and Donson (Canada).  Workshops are limited to 10 participants and run from 9h00 to 14h45, one day a week for 5 consecutive weeks here in Discovery Bay.  The next workshop starts on the 19th May for 5 Thursdays until the 16thth June.
