DBIS is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic educational assistant to join our school to provide a personalised approach to student learning and support the pursuit of high-quality teaching and learning.
The Learning Enhancement educational assistant (LE EA) will work closely with the LE teaching team and will be expected to have experience in using techniques and strategies to support students. They will also have the ability to work effectively with individual students, small groups and whole classes under the direction of a qualified teacher.
The LE LA will be required to provide small-group instruction which is planned, prepared and assessed. They will provide feedback on student progress and attend meetings as deemed necessary. They will also undertake administrative duties as directed by the LE teacher.
